Basic Policies

SoftBank aims to provide a website that can be comfortably used by all customers including the elderly and those with disabilities, and we are committed to ensuring, maintaining, and improving website accessibility.

Because the following types of content are difficult to support at the current time, they are excluded from the target range, and we will consider support at a later date.

Target and Quality Standard

The quality standard target is defined as compliance*1 with Level AA of JIS X 8341-3:2016 (Design Guidelines for Consideration of the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities - Equipment for Telecommunications, Software and Services - Part 3: Web Content).
